By requesting this No-Risk trial offer, we will ship you a full bottle of Joint Solution to try without risk. All you pay right now is the special, introductory shipping rate. If you get relief from your painful, aching joints then do nothing and in 18 days from the date you request your trial we will charge the bottle to your credit card for the low price of $49.95 (Alabama residents add 8% sales tax). You are not obligated to purchase any additional bottles.

The term "no risk" in this offer means you are not obligated to purchase the bottle we send you. Your only "risk" is the shipping cost.

Canceling Your 18 Day Trial

You may cancel your 18 day trial at any time by emailing us at support@activeandfree.com and providing your name, shipping address and email address used on your account. This will ensure prompt and accurate handling of your request.

Cancellation requests must be received a minimum of two business days prior to your next billing date to ensure the request is handled before your next scheduled charge. If your request is received less than two business days prior to your next billing and we are not able to process your request before your billing takes place, we will not be able to refund that charge unless you return the bottle in accordance with our money back guarantee.

365 Day Money Back Guarantee

Return Guidelines

Before returning anything by mail or carrier for a refund, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA"). An RMA can only be obtained by contacting our customer care representatives via email at support@activeandfree.com. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. An RMA is valid for 10 days from the date given, and the returned product must be received by us within 10 days of the issuance of the RMA. All returned product must be in a single package and include the RMA number on the mailing label and inside the package. The package must be sent to the Return Address indicated below.

Please Note:

• Joint Solution is shipped from our fulfillment center which is at a different address than our corporate office.  Therefore, do not simply refuse a package on delivery and have it returned to the fulfillment center, nor return any other bottles to the fulfillment center.  If you do, we are not responsible for lost items or tracking down your package and identifying it with your account.  However, at our discretion, if you request a refund for bottles returned to the fulfillment center and we are able to track down your package, we may issue you a refund.  Any refunds issued on bottles returned to our fulfillment center will be refunded at only 30% of your purchase price (we will refund 100% of your purchase price for returns sent according to our money back guarantee and our Return Guidelines)
• Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product. If multiple cards have been used, the refund will be made only to the most recent credit card.
• For money back refunds per our guarantee, you must return the original bottles (opened or unopened). The package must include the RMA provided by our Customer Service Agent via email.
• The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package that you are sending back and on a note inside the package. NO REFUNDS will be given for any product or packages without an RMA number.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. All returned items, therefore, should be sent properly insured and using some type of delivery confirmation as your receipt we received the items.
• After the Refunds Department receives your return, it generally takes 3-5 business days to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 5-7 business days for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
